Ahimsa Yoga Center offers a wide variety of practices that promote Yoga as a lifestyle. Our teachers vary in focus and style from Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa to Sivanada, Kundalini and Hatha. We teach classes for all levels of practice including rehabilatative, theraputic and restorative Yoga.
We have classes 7 days a week in Yoga, Meditation, Breath and Dance. Ahimsa also sponsors special events such as Yoga Teacher Trainings, Thai Body Massage trainings, Buddhist studies, free lectures, and more. See the 'Events Calendar'.
Ahimsa welcomes the community every Sunday from 1pm-3pm for DanceChurch. This event is ongoing and free to the community!
